beginners and experienced people and are open to all.

gold coin donation at meditation events which goes towards VUPJ
expenses (other than themeditation retreat, which has
a $5 Library Fund donataion.)

participatory learning and teaching experiences. You are strongly encouraged to
lead or assist with segments on topics or areas that interest you whether these
are developed by you or are from other sources. Contact the information emails
above to arrange your participation on any of the dates. The continuation of these activities depends
on your participation.
