Rosemary

Rosemary

Rosemary is one of those traditional old favourites, particularly for flavouring lamb. How much flavour can one herb have?

Plant in well cultivated, well drained soil, in full sun. Keep soil moist in summer but don't over water.

Propagate as with lavender, by breaking off side shoots with a heel attached. Remove the lower leaves and plant deeply, so that the remaining leaves are just above soil level.

Harvest rosemary at any time.
