Stuffed mushrooms

Remove all the stalks from some washed, medium sized mushrooms. Put half the stalks in the compost, or the fridge for later. Chop the other half finely and place in a bowl. Add the oregano, garlic, parsley, and breadcrumbs.

Mix the ingredients in the bowl and add enough melted butter to make the mixture soggy. If your care about your heart use less butter.

Fill up the mushrooms with the mixture and place on a greased baking tray. Bake in a medium oven for about 15 minutes or until brown on top.
